Hello!
So I woke up this morning and saw this. I have no idea what to do and was redirected to here.

I really need help and have 63 hours until it locks.

This is suddenly a widespread encryption ransomeware.  The experts on this are at bleepingcomputer.com in this thread.  I recommend you post there as they are trying to figure this particular strain out.
