this is my first post on GTG, i hope you can help me out with this problem i have.
ok, basically this morning i was browsing a few websites (ifilm.com i think it was) anyways i kept getting some form of LSA error, i simply clicked it off and continued browsing as i thought it was nothing.
anyway i got a shutdown error then (that thing that says its going to shut down in 1 min and starts counting down), so i managed to hit Windows+R and typed shutdown -a to prevent it shutting down.
i think went on a few sites which said 2 .cab files in C:\ were the problem so i deleted them thinking the problem was over, rebooted and started in safe mode, i then ran norton in safe mode and it still came up with the following trojons:
eied_s7_c_77.exe - Trojon Horse
ied_s7_c_7.exe - Download.Trojon
norton was unable to Fix, Quarantine or delete the files...
