trouble with killbox

I'm at a friends house attempting to eliminate the anitvirus gold malware that he is infected with but I'm having trouble with killbox. When I highlight all the files to be deleted at reboot and copy them to the clipboard, killbox will not allow me to copy them from the clipboard into the file section. Furthermore, if i attempt to alt+v them into the file descriptor, it only copies the first file on the list.....what's going on?
