I reformatted my computer from Windows 98 to Windows 2000 and now my display only allows me to view it in 16 bit and I have no other options. How do I fix this?

How do I go about doing that? And how do I know what my video card is?

download EVEREST from its website (do a google search for everest download).
it's a utility that tells you everything about your system (and it's free!)
once you've seen what your vid card is just do a google search for it and you should find a site with the drivers available for download. granted, it is going to be tougher to get driver for 98 but they should be out there somewhere.

I think I did what you said properly and came up with VGASave. I looked around for what should be my next step but find no drivers for this. Please help.
