Your first build is the better but I have tweaked it a bit. I would not go with a third party to build for you, often has things you don't really need, lesser quality parts, you will get better fpr the money buying your own parts.
As the CPU is the last item you would want to upgrade in the future, changed to the fastest non K i5.
Up the MB to ATX Z97, actually cheaper.
Same spec RAM, bu blue, not that it matters to much as you don't have a windowed case.
Changed HDD, same performance, slightly quieter, cheaper.

You have not included an Optical Drive.
