Something weird with my earphones...

Hi. I've noticed something really weird. My right earphone is a lot louder than the left, and I can hear from the right one even when I mute my computer. I have no idea what's going on, and this is an expensive pair of headphones. Does anyone know how to help? Thanks in advance! :spoton:

does it do the same thing if you plug it in to a different device? like a cellphone or mp3 player
