Simple electrical counter 110 cycles

Does anyone have a line on a simple counter that would record usage.

Like the number of times a day a washer or air conditioner goes on.

Sounds random but there is a big need for this and I can't find anything.

Tried the Kill-o-watt no luck.

Something you plug an appliance into and it just counts the cycles.
