:welcome: soundmage

To know if there are hardware problems, you need to hear the POST code beeps > http://www.amazon.co...78EEB1YGJRGYAQP

As you are doing a bare bones test, keep the MB on the MB box, ensure the two main power cables are securely seated and the cooler fan is seated @ the CPU MB fan header.  Attach a system speaker.

Remove the RAM, > power on, > note the beep code.   If the Boot fails.

Remove the cooler, check TIM is present, if yes, remove the CPU and check for any socket damage.

For reassemble, all old TIM must be removed from CPU and cooler surface, and new TIM applied.

If the Boot is OK, need to find if a stick or slot is defective.

Install one stick of RAM in the first slot, test and note the beep code, do for every test..

Test every stick in slot one.

Test every slot with a working stick.

Gday.

Been a while since we hear from you.   Have you managed to find the problem part/s?   An update would be appreciated.

Thanks.
