Hello there!

Currently using company-issued laptop and was installed with Sophos anti-virus by IT department. Apparently, there is circulating virus within the office and my laptop was infected via transferring data using flash drive. First, I encountered "Skypee" virus which infected my flash drive, SD card and laptop. I asked IT to install Avast anti-virus to remove threats and according to them, my laptop was cleaned but failed to clean my removable devices.

Unfortunately, my unit was infected again when they configured my laptop with the printer/ scanner. Tried to full scan using Avast but the threats LNK:Jenxcus-M [Trj], LNK:Starter-D [Trj] and LNK:Starter-A [Trj] remained in my Virus Chest and I cannot seem to get rid of it. Avast's remarks was "action postponed until next reboot."

You will find the full description of the threats in the attached file.

Could you please help me get rid of it? How can I make sure that my system is already clean and protect my system from being infected by any virus again? Is there any way to save/ clean my flash drive and SD card? My internet pocket WIFI broadband device was also infected? Any way to clean it too?

I am getting really frustrated. By the way, I am also a photographer and I pay much attention to keeping my files and devices, including removal storage devices, protected. Hope you can help me out. Thank you.
