Hi when i say new i mean very first time but have heard about good results,

I want to know if there is any software or how much it would cost to have video e-mail on auto so that the video would be overlapping by a fraction so that it would seem like live streaming when e-mail is put together.

i need the video  e-mail  to be no longer than a few seconds each and no limit on how many e-mails are sent.

I will say that the reason for this is that normal streaming has no quality, i hope this is simple to answer as i have been trying to find someone that could quote me on a app so i had some sort of starting block.

any help or response would at the very least show me that someone has read this.
