One of our clients is having an issue on multiple computers. In both Firefox and IE, when trying to run the Silverlight application, we are seeing this error: Unhandled Error in Silverlight Application, Code: 2153. Category: Initialize Error. Then just a white screen. We have disabled windows firewall as well as cleared cache and removed security clients. The company is using a Sonicwall and we fear it could be blocking the app from working. If it is the firewall, what settings do we need to change to allow it? Any insight you can provide would be most appreciated!

After an inordinate amount of blinding digging, it has surfaced that the affected machines are running some anti-virus software. If this software is disabled, then our SL plugin works fine. It seems it may be related to using non-standard ports for this internal product.
