while typing i am unable to create an email or fillout a form as my words are highlighted then deleted. in order to write i must use on screen keybd. i hv run Rkil.64 and Baku, attempted to clean temp files. rkill info states access to the registry is denied. i cannot enable windows firewall or access c documents and settings. i have also ran malwarebytes and ccleaner.
