oh sorry lol I don't know why but all of a sudden I couldn't log in to emails and other things then it said my java scrupt was not enabled even though I had not done anything it, I managed to find it and enable it again

So you enabled Javascript in the web browser you were using, now that's a solution

oh dear my laptop is not playing videos its telling me flash is not working and my laptop is running slow. I think I need help now lol

Can you follow the instructions below please.

MiniToolBox

• Download MiniToolBox and move the executable file to your Desktop;
• Right-click on MiniToolBox.exe and select Run as Administrator;
• Check the following options:
  • List Installed Programs;
  • List Last 10 Event Viewer Errors;
  • List Devices - Only Problems;
  • List Users, Partitions and Memory size;
    
• Once this is done, click on Go and wait for the scan to complete;
• Once the scan is complete, a log will open. Please copy/paste the content of the output log in your next reply;

In which web browser are you trying to download MiniToolBox? Also, what Antivirus do you have installed on your system?

Disable avast! from the time of the download and execution of MiniToolBox. avast! is known to target MiniToolBox but it's a false positive.

my videos work now I disabled avast shall I still do the above
