:tazz: Need simple step by step instructions for removing Dr. Watson's Post Mortem Debugger. Every time I click on the control panel the computer freezes. I'm not computer saavy so I need simple instructions.

See if you can open Control Panel in Safe Mode : switch on the computer and press the F8 key continually (about once per second). You should get a menu on screen, use the keyboard arrow keys to highlight Safe Mode and press Enter.
Note that this doesn't address the problem of your computer freezing when trying to open Control Panel in normal mode. I'll look into that for you in the meantime.

On second thought visit the Malware Removal forum and follow the procedures given there for dealing with virus attacks, spyware etc.
If your system comes up clean after performing all the scans post back to this thread and we'll try and help you further.
