Does MS run walk-in stores (like the Apple stores) where you can get one-on-one help?

Can someone recommend an alternative for learning how to use Windows 8.1? I have so many questions that posting them here just doesn't seem practical. Thanks. .... batpark

No, they do not provide any walk-in stores kind of service

That's wrong. Microsoft do have stores like "Apple Stores", but there's not as much of them. You can find a list of these stores here.

The same question was asked around a year ago and Crowbar replied with information.

Yes it's true microsoft do have stores but they will provide you with a booklet on windows 8, so as to learn, they will not give much time .
