Avira Free doesn't offer a firewall. You don't have to install Avira Browser Safety, nor Anti-Theft or Security Guard. You can use Web of Trust (extension for Firefox and Chrome) instead of Browser Safety.

I see, so you would recommend me to use Web of Trust.

At the moment I'm using IE. What browser would ya recommend? :D

By the way, I'm using Avira Free but I have a "FireWall".

Thnx!

The most secure web browser in my opinion is Google Chrome. I use it with the following extensions:
  • Ghostery;
  • Web of Trust;
  • LastPass;
  • uBlock Origin;
  • HTTPS Everywhere;
All of these are worth using. And which firewall are you using right now?
