Very good !

We will remove all the tools and log files now from desktop, clear all restore points and create a new one by following the exercise below.

Download DelFix by Xplode and save it to your desktop.
  • Run the tool by right click on the 51a5ce45263de-delfix.png icon and Run as administrator option.
  • Make sure that these ones are checked:
    • Remove disinfection tools
    • Purge system restore
    • Reset system settings
  • Push Run.
  • The program will run for a few seconds and display a notepad report.
    Paste it for my review.

OK, it's wanting me to sign in. I need to sign up for this web analytics software just to remove these?

No! There should be no need to sign up for anything, I've checked the delfix link and do not see a problem.

Hello,

I can't explain that Delfix link at the moment.

I'm leaving the topic open for a few days and we will see how things go.

Hello,

We could simply try reinstalling Firefox and see how that goes.

Get Firefox from here-->https://www.mozilla....US/firefox/new/

Try that and run it for a while.
