Hello! Hopefully I can get pointed in the right direction!

I'm just starting out with a new business & am looking for an open source download to help customers and myself! I'm looking for something I can make comparable to vCita. It allows customers to request an appointment, they get a log in with access to view/upload documents, can pay invoices, and has a back end CRM for me.

Does anyone know of some sort of free software that does this, or an open source that will be able to be manipulated into becoming this?

Thank you in advance!

I do have a website set up & live. I used Wix.com to build it & all the appointment booking apps they have available to integrate are not quite what I need. I need to be able to manipulate a program to make it into exactly what I want without having to pay $25 per month for the one software (vCita) that is *similar* to what I'm looking for, but still not it.
