Hi I've installed MS Office 2003 and within Excel you normally have the ability to
go to Page Break Preview and move/add/change your Page Break views.
I am unable to .
This function was available to me in Office 2000.
I've search the MS Office Website and it does or I cant find a solution to the problem. The Function is still there according to MS Office Help etc..

Anyone who can help?

Nothing. You see the Page Break breaks but no where can you use/find the blue dotted page breaks.. You just see the solid blue page break in which theses cannot be moved.
