Hi Guys

I was hoping someone had this issue and solved.

I am using Windows 7 and connection to a virtual server via the built in remote desktop connection.

With a new install of Server 2012 R2 the default allowed users is2 (via RDC) as I have a couple of guys on the road I need more than 2 sessions at once.

I had it changed to allow for more similatneous connections.

The problem now is that if you leave the connection idle for a couple of minutes (say to answer the phone) it freezes and you have log out and log back in.

I tried putting Jiggle on the server (auto mouse mover) to try and trick the server into thinking it wasn't idle. But that didn't work

So I am guessing its something to do with the actual connection

Any suggestions would be happily received.

regards Ian
