Lag and DNS errors

hi, im currently experiencing a lot of issues connecting to game servers and voice chat but i can browse the internet. when i run diagnosise i get "Your computer appears to be correctly configured, but the device or resource (DNS server) is not responding". i have looked up solution online and tried to flush my dns cashe.

You can run this command '' ipconfig /flushdns'' and restart your PC if not then just read here best Tutorial and also other guide from here.
