Thanks for the other parts I would need to get, very handy and helpful.

My GPU actually has no cables, just the graphics cards, cards about installation and then the installation disc (which you've told me to use)

The software I'm looking for is just stuff that will keep my PC running top notch and without and viruses/problems causing it to run slow.

Also software that will keep all my drivers updated constantly.  i see you've provided one for the AMD but what about the rest (If I need it).

I will also familiarise myself with the main hardware asap or when I have time to do so.

Thanks Iammykyl for the constant help ;)  :prop:  :spoton:

Sorry for the long delay in answering.

My GPU actually has no cables,

To run the cards together, you will need a Crossfire bridge interconnect cable like this, > http://www.ebay.co.u...crossfire-cable

and then the installation disc (which you've told me to use)

No,  It would be best not to use the installation disc/s you have but to download and install the latest one, automatically, from this site, > http://support.amd.com/en-us/download this will ensure you have the latest GPU software from the get go.

You do not need and I do not use a special software to make a system run better.   I don't recommend using registry cleaners or PC optimizers, they do not make your computer run better, in fact they often damage it, sometimes so bad it won't Boot.

Use the windows built in tools for cleaning up and defrag, HDD only, not a SSD.   Use the Browser cleanup Tool.

Use the Windows Firewall and Virus Protection.

When you get closer to building your rig, I will give you a list of free programs I use, for your consideration.

Gday.

How is your build going?   An update would be much appreciated.
Thanks.
