Malware Evo-gen on my phone

Hello everyone,

I hope you can help me with my problem. I don't understand much about it.

Actually, the application Avast says that I have an Evo-gen malware on my phone (HTC desire) on the Phone application, the one we use to make calls ect. So I can't uninstall it.

As Avast couldn't solve the problem, I installed Malwarebytes. I made a scan, but unlike Avast, it hasn't detected anything. Then, I wonder, is this malware a real problem ? Is it harmful ? Why malwarebytes can't see that while Avast can and pops out with a message of problem everytime I use the Phone app ?

So I wonder if this problem can be solved ...

Can you help me with this issue ?
