Computer on loop after installing new graphics driver!

I just put a new graphics card into my machine and now when i load my machine up, it gets to the windows 7 logo screen then loops back around and starts loading all over again, any suggestions?

Have you tried booting into Safe Mode, if not can you do so and let us know what happens.

Can you tell us the brand and model name or number of the new video card and the same for the PSU.
