My wifi keeps dropping every few minutes. I am using a HP Envy 15-UO1dx x360 laptop. I have reinstalled and updated network adapter driver per HP help forum instructions to no avail. I have included the IP/CONFIG info, ping test and screenshot of wifi inspector. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same issue and have the same DNS server 71.10.216.1 (Charter, my ISP). Initially I thought it was a bad router, so I installed a new Apple Airport Extreme today. And then the connection dropped again. The Airport told me it wasn't getting a response from the DNS, so I entered Google's public IPB6 DNS address and left the IPV4 DNS untouched, still using the Charter 71.10.216.1 address there.

I am not a tech expert and just trying things I've found online. My friend is in IT and he suggested the new router - that often times clears things up. Since the problem persisted for me I am now suspicious of Charter's DNS.
