Dvd ripping by titles

I'm having trouble extracting a karaoke dvd it has over 400 titles on it ie chapters on it windows media shows 99 and DVD shrink shows only 64 this must be the limit on these two programs dvd shrink is good but cannot get all the titles is there a program that allows me to copy all the titles?
