Call Of Duty MW3 "can't load image xp" Error

when i try to open call of duty mw3 an error saying "can't load image xp" shows up so after searching i downloaded setup.bat file (which seems the only available solution) and when running it, it seems that the needed files are not found and these files are zip.exe,and zone.7z, any idea?
