Hello,

 

I have windows 7 Home laptop Asus , whenever i shut down the laptop it shows shutting down but it not switch off,,,
Also windows did not update properly... it says it updating so i leave it for whole day but it did not update a single thing...
I use Symantec anti virus ... it often shows C:\system\name\app data\temp has virus like Trojan.gen and symantec has deleted that...
Do you think symantec itself a issue... Last week i switch on symantec from that time this errors showing..
also i unable to uninstall asktoolbar... in control panel also...
