Hi,

 

I installed Windows 10 yesterday and decided at the same time to delete programs that I don't use.

 

After going to Start -> All Apps I noticed an entry William Hill Poker. However when I right clicked and chose uninstall, nothing happened.

 

The entry seems to be linked to 2 folders,-  c:\poker\William Hill Poker\casino.exe -  and  -  c:\casino\casino.com\casino.exe

 

Control Panel doesn't list either William Hill Poker or Casino.com.  As well neither folder contains an uninstall file.

 

Any ideas about how I can delete the program?

  Download both versions of Farbar Recovery Scan Tool by Farbar from the links below and save them to your desktop.
  
  '32-bit'
  '64-bit'
  • Simply double-click the program icon to run it. It will ask for administrator privileges. If the first one you tried does not work, try the other version.
  • The program will initialize. Press Yes to accept the disclaimer.
  • Put a check on Addition.
  • Press the Scan button after.
  • It will produce FRST.txt and Addition.txt on your desktop once done.
  • Copy (CTRL + A and CTRL + C) and paste (CTRL + V) the content of the logs in your next reply.

  In summary of the above, I will need you to post the following log(s):
  • Addition.txt (Farbar Recovery Scan Tool)
  • FRST.txt (Farbar Recovery Scan Tool)
