Hi guys,
The only fix I've seen so far is a clean install which is no good since you have to do the upgrade and activate before you can do a clean install. If not you will not be able to activate Win 10.
One way around this maybe to save your data then clean install Windows 7 or 8.1, whichever one you started with.
For 7, install SP1 then try the upgrade to Windows 10.
For 8.1 install Update 1 then upgrade to Windows 10.
I recommend you get the ISO using MediaCreationTool. Windows 10 ISO Download
Then see here for upgrade instructions: Windows 10 Upgrade Installation
