It shows that your hard disk is in failure condition.. Did you provide some details?...
I suggest you to backup any important data soon as you can!

Many thanks, Dashing star.
Did you provide some details?...
Yes, I did, but obviously some incredibly cool brainiac here removes my posts all the time, do not know why.
It is a new drive without data I would need.
May be the error message is not correct. I wrote this:
DriveInfo shows: S.M.A.R.T. Drive Status: Drive is not OK! The device has detected a threshold exceeded condition! (http://i.imgur.com/ydggnAX.png). What does that mean? A defect, a problem?
ChystalDisk shows this, does not appear to look that bad: http://i.imgur.com/BUoFdYa.pngundhttp://i.imgur.com/BxXaK3V.png
Where / how could I recognize (else than in Win 7 disk management) whether the drive is initial in MBR or GPT? Seagate means it is initialized in GPT (supplied like that), Win 7 shows MBR, if I see it right: http://i.imgur.com/aYlxwQu.png. The item to initialize in / convert to GPT is grayed out: http://i.imgur.com/xeqkQmJ.png. And it looks like as if MiniToolPartizionWizard shows it was GPT as well: http://i.imgur.com/PsQfLY8.png
What does the display about "Health" mean, 90 %, 92 % appear to mean the state of the drives is not the best (anymore). May be there will occur problems, errors the next time?

To know the Hard disk is good,
In the Command Prompt window, type the following commands, pressing Enter after each:
wmic diskdrive get status
If everything is working properly, you should see the status OK displayed. Other statuses can indicate problems or errors retrieving S.M.A.R.T. information.

May be the DriveInfo is showing wrong readings!
Yes, I would think so...I really hope so...trashy program...
Most suggesting hard disk test is crstal disk...
Yes, it obviously shows the correct values.
Thank you for the link, unfortunately I cannot use HDtune anymore, it does not work anymore at all, it shows big drives (e.g. here that 5TB Seagate drive) totally incorrectly: http://i.imgur.com/IC13dOq.png
That SeaTools should work very well, they show the drvie to be OK as well. But doing a drive test, a physically one, lasts 3 days or more for a 5 TB drive unfortunately.
Many thanks again
