Windows 7 64 bit. When I print an E Mail that contains some large fonts a strange thing happens. On the small font an apostrophe prints correct. With the large font I get a small (a) with ^ over the a. It is a Canon printer so I called Canon and they said it isn't the printer. What is controlling the printing?

In Firefox click "File" on the menu, then select "print preview" from the drop down list.

In your live email, click print, then close your printer dialogue box and your preview will be visible.
