Drivers for an Inspiron 530S (dell)

The pc I am working on REQUIRES XP. All the hardware is replaced but now it seems Dell has limited access to drivers. I try to download the list and it goes nowhere as it seems that it wants me to be on the pc that needs the drivers. This is not possible. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
