MAC/PC wireless network compatibility?

I really want to join the wireless network that the new small business that I'm working at has set up. However, all of their computers are MACs and I have a PC. Is the network compatible between OSs?

i'm not sure about the wireless portion, but as long as you have appletalk enabled you should be able to communicate with their network.
