Hello,
My name is Sam. My computer contracted the ICE virus. I couldn't system restore it, so I tried to remove it by using the Hitman Pro via USB. I think it worked, but now my computer is continuously rebooting itself. I tried and failed system restoring it again. It says the system restore did not complete successfully. I don't know what to do. Please help. Thank you!
