Getting blue screen upon blue screen.
Generally happens when I'm playing a game like LoL.

BUG STRING CHECK
Minidump says it's 'ntoskrnl.exe', getting lots of different bug check strings though:
- IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
- KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
- PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
- SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
- PFN_LIST_CORRUPT

DEVICE MANAGER
Windows 7 Home Premium.
Processor: Intel i7 930 @ 2.80Ghz (4x2).
Display Adapter/Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 5800 Series.
Disk Drives: Samsung HD103SI ATA Device, SAMSUNG MMCRE64G5MXP-MVP ATA Device.
Also 6GB RAM.

Let me know if you need more to go off, like dump files etc.

Pretty sure it's a hardware issue, but I'm not sure which component needs to be replaced.

Thank you very much.
