new update windows 10 video error continuous

 no video player is working on this windows 10 ... i just hear sound but  no video...​

You didn't give us any info to work with.

 

Make and full model number of computer.

Make and model number of video card if add-on and not on the motherboard.

What video player(s) have you tried?
