Hi again ive been wanting to start pc gaming on and off and have made past topics on upgrading my pc and never got around to it as it not cheap for me as im only 15 year old. I've finally came to a end where im defiantly going to think about upgrading my pc for Christmas as my birthday is just before which will be my 16th so i can hopefully do some part time work coming up to Christmas. I currently have a asus cm1735 http://www.saveonlap...YhTEaAuaO8P8HAQbut installed a asus hd7750 gpu . my max budget is £300

also my psu is 300 watt .

 

what upgrades could i do with £300 which includes a intel processor even if it means keeping the gpu i have now as i want to run games like dayz standalone, arma 2/3, csgo, gmod, and many other games.

A 300 PSU for a desktop seems really low on wattage most low end gaming rigs don't even dip below 430-450W. If you get a AMD FX6300 (around 99$ bucks) processor frees up a lot more money than a i5(roughly 200$+ bucks)  making an intel gaming built with 300 Euro is next to impossible what you need to be is up your PSU to AT LEAST 500W Cosair has some on sale around 59.99$. AMD integrated card is meh you need your own which will eat 75-80 bucks. I would get a ATI r7240 which is around 80$. With those three things you should have like 80 Euro left(70 Euro if you buy the warranty) either get a 50 buck 120G SSD as your boot and esstentials drive and spent the last 30 on getting 4Gs of ram. With the i5 you could only really get the PSU WHICH YOU NEED.

I dont need to worry about gpu as i already have a asus hd 7750 1gb.

 

will i beable to get these upgrades with the computer i already have??

The odd thing which is throwing me off is you are planning to get an i5 but you got an ASUS 1G GPU. I am not saying it is bad(never used ASUS's GPUs) but if you plan on getting an i5 I would at least bump to a Nividia card in the 900 series.Actually in a 2G 730 would be probably a better fit. Your power supply seems ok but I you have the 10 dollars to bump up to a Corsair 500W Bronze over Sentley. Corsair hands down has the PSU game on lock right now. Your Mobo is alright and you got a good deal on the Ram. I would still suggest the AMD FX6300 which would allow you a better GPU as the i5 is literally on par or only slightly better(overall) than the FX6300 for double the price. This is especially true for the games you want to play, I can promise you an i5 and the FX6300 power when it comes to playing the games you want to play will not be even noticeable if their is a difference given how DayZ is progammed ([bleep] but regardless) it will won't push an i5 or FX 6300 on the highest graphics with a decent GPU and yours I guess seems ok.

ok is there anychance you could list recommended upgrades i could get with £350 max which will run arma 2 dayz mod, dayz standalone, arma 3 multiplayer and other popular games.

it does bump the price up to £445  but hopefully i should have enough and it will be better in the long run
