Hi!

I have this program that was installed when I was trying to download some software. It is called ICSW1.13_0R0S1E1T1C1J1.13.exe and shows up as a persistent "Smart Wrapper".

I can't open any
web browser.
I've a PC computer, running Windows 8 Pro (X64) System: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor.

This is the first time that this happen to me. Please, any help would be great!

Hi there lets have a look see :)

Are you able to download this programme or are you using another computer ?

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.
  • Right click to run as administrator (XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File). When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
  • Select additions at the bottom
  • Press Scan button.
    frst.JPG
  • It will produce a log called FRST.txt in the same directory the tool is run from.
  • Please attach both logs generated.
