ok, before anything I know it has to do with the new ram, I assume it is compatible notebook ram for my Acer Aspire 5733-6838, what I did was I went to Crucial website, and got a diagnosing tool downloaded, it helps figure out what ram is compatible with your operating system for people that do not know what to get, then I selected the 8gb brand and went to amazon.com and found the exact same brand on amazon, got 16gb of ram, however these are the issues I am having.
NOTE: yes my computer is laptop and should be able to handle.. 16gb of ram and has windows 10...
1.)when I install both of the new ram slots, the computer boots on then turns off (nothing else displays)
2.) when one of the ram is installed it boots up and gives me one of two errors
BAD_POOL_HEADER or KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE
3.) when one of the slots of ram is installed and one of the old ram is installed the ram doesn't display and says 4gb of memory installed instead of 6gb memory.
this is the ram I got and the site I got it from according to the diagnostics this ram should work for my laptop..
