I ran the Get Windows 10 app and as I said I followed the suggested threads.

My desktop is a CSL silent multimedia from ASUS. A55BM-K with AMD A8-6600K processor

and APU with Radeon™ graphics. Product ID is  00258-90002-20445-AAOEM.

It looks as if I shall have to buy another desktop. A pity as I have only had this one less than

two years.  It seems odd that a get a 'You are good to go!' and obviously I am not.

Thanks for your efforts.  I have followed every lead but I still get the message,

'Windows 10 cannot run on this computer.'

Dealt with similar on my desktop but my desktop is from 2005 but with that its the fact that microsoft owes me so they choose to make it not possible to run windows 10 with the CPU installed i mean if you know any good lawyers that might help me but tbh the only thing that fixed my upgrade issues at first was to unclick the options to update before you install windows 10 and unclick the options to submit usage reports to microsoft...(that was with my laptop which had similar issues(its usually the virus trying to send false information to get themselves off of the blacklists throughout everyone's pc's, while also stealing information and attempting to hide their traces as everyone else aka identity theft)) that fixed it 1 time but i had many issues that i eventually spent 6 months+ dealing with microsoft answer techs still dealing with them tbh but in the end the simplest solution was to contact my isp to reset my modem and router with them resetting my modem on their end. I highly recommend using the contact support app in windows 10 for all technical issues, install issues or any issues tbh.

P.S. My apologies for the incorrect grammar, punctuations (even that is supposedly misspelled lol) and anything else that might open someones eyes lol
