Hello,

OK, so the only 2 online games that I have installed are League of Legends and AION, and before my computer got attacked my malware, I had 93ms default on LoL and 34ms on AION. but thanks to a trusted helper here on this website, my malware and other viruses have been completely eradicated. But still on LoL , its still having lag spikes ranging up to 500-1000 every 5-6 secs and for Aion its 34 to 100 to 300 ms.

What is causing this and how can I stop it?

Are you the only one using the net maybe one of your family member is using it hmmm i have that problem before on LoL the only fix i did is to play when I am using the net alone haha or maybe you should call your isp and ask them

500-1k in LoL sometimes means you are getting disconnected soooooo yeah

Sorry that is all i can provide you

Maybe you have other software connected to the net that is transferring data could be updates or just open connections to running programs. Thats something to check first along with your net speed at different times of the day to rule that out as a cause.
