Spybot Search and Destroy found traces of two Trojans but could not seem to do anything but report them:. Win32.Alload.jm and Virtumonde

I would like to get rid of these traces. My grandchildren cannot play the Roblox game as it loads and soon freezes and I have exhausted any hint found on the net as to why. Here are the traces mentioned.

Win32.Alload.jm [6-$AFC12AB3] OUT OF MEM

VIRTUMONDE [245-$7390885E] OUT OF MEM

VIRTUMONDE [845-$4A9C6736] OUT OF MEM
