Hi Jasy_J, I'm sorry to hear that you have difficulties installing Windows 10.

 

Your second line should be aimed to yourself....  :D. Please post screenshots of the error, or describe what  happens when trying to use the installation tool for Windows 10.

 Thank u if u wanna help me, but I wouldn't give you any screenshot cause now I'm using my father's laptop 

 

I mean interface screenshots , not error  :D

You're not telling us anything to work on.

 

What error do you get?

What does it occur?

How are you trying to do the upgrade (what method are you using)?

What OS and bitness (32 or 64) are you upgrading from?

If you have windows 8, then first you have to upgrade to 8.1 and then only win 10

For windows 7, directly to win 10.
