Certificate for Remote Computer?

I noticed a yellow warning symbol in the browser address bar and the certificate information stated that the connection to the site was private and uses a TLS 1.2 connection. The certificate issued to Google stated the following: What does this mean? Am I connected to a remote computer? Thanks - am totally clueless.
