Thanks Joe...

I'll keep you posted!

One software question for you... I like playing Clash of clans [I know I know]

But I like running an android emulator on my comp so I can play on my laptop.

I have been using Bluestacks, but I hate it cause if I close it, when I go to re-open it, I have to dload like 8 other apps.

So I always just delete the program and then re-install it.... I hate doing that all the time.

Any ideas of an alternative?

If heard of Andy Android, but for some reason I can't load it on my laptop. It's like something blocks it?

If you have an opinion, I'd love to hear it.

Thanks!

- T

Sorry,

I don't know what to recommend on that ( Andy Android)

Lets clean up some of the tools I had you download

Download DelFix by Xplode and save it to your desktop.
  • Run the tool by right click on the 51a5ce45263de-delfix.png icon and Run as administrator option.
  • Make sure that these ones are checked:
    • Remove disinfection tools
    • Purge system restore
    • Reset system settings
  • Push Run.
  • The program will run for a few seconds and display a notepad report.
    Paste it for my review.

You usually get infected because your security settings are too low.

Here are a number of recommendations that will help tighten them, and which will contribute to making you a less likely victim:
