The memory.dmp file is presently uploading to SendSpace...should be done in about 15 mins...will send you the link.  Meanwhile, here is a screen shot as you requested.

Screen Shot was perfect, thanks. First thing I want to try is for you to right-click on that 14MB Unallocated partition and choose delete.

Once that is removed, try the Disk2VHD program and see if it will start with everything selected.

When I right click on that far right 14mb unallocated area, all it brings up is "New Simple Volumes,"  "properties, " and "help."  Two areas, spanned and striped are greyed out.  How do I delete it?

My bad. It's already deleted, it's just available. See if you can right-click on the partition right before it named FACTORE_IMAGE and choose expand. Thanks.

It brings up an "extend volume" wizard.  Just to be on the safe side, should I run this?

Yes. Go ahead. Keep the defaults (which is to extend using all available space).

Good.  Now try the Disk2VHD program and see if it will start with everything selected.

After about 5 seconds, the "Error Snapshotting Volumes" appears when the Disk 2VHD program starts

OK, let's try one more thing. Go back to Disk Management.

This time, right-click on the HP (C:) partition and select Shrink Volume...

In the Enter the amount of space to shrink in MB box, type 450 and click the Shrink button.

Let me know if this is successful.

It ran a check of shrink space and the MB size of "available shrink space" is 445777. before shrink it is 942592, after shrink using the suggested amount is 496815.  It doesn't look like it will take your suggested amount.....suggestions?

Just thinking...you just want me to enter a three digit figure, 450?

Yes please. We only want to shrink it by 450MB.

I ended up with a 450MB "unallocated" space between C; & D:.  Tried the disk2vhd program and same message appeared after about 2 seconds, "Error Snapshotting..."
