Same as before, athr.sys, part of your Atheros driver.
What is the make and full model number of the computer? You need to download the latest driver from the manufacturers web site and install it, not use Update driver via Device Manager.

I'm sorry I don't know how to find the model number and the make of the computer. I also don't know how to find which version to download
Manufacturer?
Desktop or Laptop?
There should be a label on the computer somewhere, top ,bottom, back front or sides than has the full model number. Need that so we can help you find the right drivers to download and install.
It's a laptop, lenovo Think Pad SL500.
At the back: Type 2746 - CTO - S/N L3 - L4905 09/05
Product ID: 2746CTO
Look here: http://support.lenov...nkpad-sl500?c=1
Click on SHow All at the bottom then try these drivers, one at a time and test after each is installed. If the problem goes away, you're done:
I don't see any drivers for an Atheros Wireless LAN device.
Strange error: "MSI file "" cannot be found. The setup application will exit"
What exactly did you do? Please explain, thanks.
I downloaded the first one, opened it and the message came up That's it.
I installed the first one but do i have to run it or anything? Also how do you know when the problem is over? Because the BSOD has been happening so sporadically, that means I would have to wait for a long time
