I start the PC it shows "Preparing Automatic Repair" it runs for a few seconds before it stops and goes to the blue screen.

can you post what the error/stop command is on the blue screen and also can you get to a cmd line and use the diskpart command to show us what partitions are there on that drive.

 

 

no error/command visible on blue screen, and Im not sure how to get the other info your asking for

On the Choose an option screen, choose Troubleshoot. On the Advanced Options screen, choose Command Prompt. In the cmd prompt type diskpart. From there:

list disk = Displays a list of disks and information about them, such as their size, amount of available free space

list partition = Displays the partitions listed in the partition table of the current disk.

You want to type in list partition.

Are you trying to do a Repair install or a Clean install? If Clean install then you should be booting the flash drive by pressing F12 during boot and selecting it from the

I've been busy so i haven't messed with the PC to much, but.....

I have done that and get the same problems? I have no idea whats going on, nothing like I have ever seen before..... malware is my thing not Tech stuff

sorry for late reply been away for a week, when you boot the usb drive with windows 10 installation iso on it exctly what happens? and have you been able to get a list of the partitions by using donna's instructions here? :- http://www.geekstogo...-2#entry2527596
