I cannot sign in to my IWin account.  I have contacted their support desk and have deleted files in "Temporary Interrnet Files" section several times per their instructions, but I still cannot sign on.  There are boxes with red x's in them showing on the sign-in screen, and I am unable to get rid of them. There is also a message "error message is in login.js.  Help.
